The Healer Within
A learning vacation, now in its eleventh year. In 2010 I will be offering it in my two favorite places: Hawaii and Tuscany. CME and CE are provided. Singles and couples are welcome. these programs are of value to clinicians and non-clinicians alike and therefore are open to all. See you in paradise!

Molokai, Hawaii - May 22-28, 2011
For the past 12 years, I have taught programs, with my friend Nita Gage at the Hui Ho’Olana, a beautiful, quiet retreat center on the Island of Molokai.

We originally developed this program for healthcare practitioners to help them to reconnect with their sense of purpose in serving those that they care for, however, due to the requests of many non-health care practitioners, this program is now open to all and has been a phenomenal success.

This workshop allows you to take time-out and reconnect with your core values. The program will provide tools to evaluate and understand the issues of emotions in all of your life. We will combine discussions and experiential days to rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. You will leave with an understanding of your unique stresses, a greater understanding of your soul's needs and practical methods for changing the balance of your life and the lives of those you care for.

About half of the participants come as singles, half as couples. Spouses are invited and encouraged to attend as this is about your lives.

Tuscany, Italy - September 19-22, 2011
I am delighted to be offering the Healer Within again at the incredible La Villa Rinascimento in Lucca Italy. We were blessed with the opportunity to teach there this year and will be doing it again in 2011. The program content and information can be viewed here.

The program this year will be offered with other program offerings. The week before, I will be presenting a program on consciousness with Cassie Veitan, PhD, the Director of Research for the Institute of Noetic Sciences. Simultaneously, Nita Gage will be offering a program “Women in Storage” for women in mid-life transition.
