Programs for you and your family (retreats, seminars and excursions)

"Tension is who you think you should be. Relaxation is who you are."
— Chinese Proverb

"I attended Finding Balance with Hill Physicians Medical Group and I just wanted to thank you for a really incredible and hopefully life-altering experience. It is rare these days that an epiphany or opportunity to make changes comes by. Thank you for your wisdom and caring. Really a great time. Finding Balance is the best!" — Sandra M, MD

Finding Balance offers multiple seminars and activities for you, your significant others and your families. The programs are designed to help you relax, learn tools to manage stress, interact and communicate in healthier ways and regain energy in your work and home lives. Most programs are approved for Category 1 CME credits for physicians and CEU credits for nurses and therapists.

Two-three day seminars
These programs are interactive workshops designed to help you, with or without your significant other, to regain a sense of work-home balance.

This program will help you:

  • Learn to counteract the stresses that can compromise your health.
  • Focus on positive ways to communicate with your patients.
  • Find a balance between work and home.
  • Increase or restore your enthusiasm for practicing medicine.

"The Finding Balance weekend was incredible. My husband, Tim and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and believe that we got a lot out of the conference, especially skills that can be applied to practical use in everyday life. Finding Balance should be repeated on a regular basis. It was also a great opportunity to meet other physicians and their spouses. I look forward to developing lasting friendships with them." — An Attendee
