Training for Your Faculty
One of the goals of Finding Balance is the teaching of medical trainees,
residents and fellows life skills to be successful as physicians and people in
their community. In order to accomplish these goals, we will train your faculty to
teach these life skills. In addition, these skill sets fulfill three of the
six ACGME competency requirements; patient care, interpersonal and
communication skills and professionalism.

"Whether addressing a group of eighty or eight people, Dr. Lee Lipsenthal shares
that rare gift of effectively connecting with each and every member of his
audience (and they with him). Our Personal and Professional Development—An
Enrichment Series for residents, fellows and their significant others has
substantively benefited from his wisdom and carefully crafted sessions that he
delivers with passion yet simplicity. Insightfully and with sensitivity he
opens the doors for reflection and introspection. We are indeed grateful that
he has accepted our invitation for a return engagement to share his special
brand of education with our young physicians and staff."
